Exercise In Device (EID) and its impact on longevity

I should mention that EID can be used by those or for those individuals who are completely unable to do exercise (due to physical limitations or disabilities or lack of drive and motivation: e.g. major depressive disorder) to prevent muscle atrophy and promote bio-physiological benefits of PA, including better cardiovascular performance, better quality of life and psychological outcomes and cognitive function.
