Seafood Without The Sea: Will Lab-Grown Fish Hook Consumers?

An interesting recent NPR article on lab grown tissue, specifically fish this time. There is a LOT of noise about what the future will look like where food is concerned, and I am convinced it will be microbial conversions making building blocks, assembled by some sort of “replicator”.

Let me move this into Innovations. This could work well together with lab-grown meat.
